Frank O'Connor is a third generation Montanan. He grew up in Livingston and has deep roots in this community. Alongside his wife Karen he raised his daughter here, and has owned and operated two successful businesses for over 20 years. He deeply understands Park County's needs and challenges moving forward, and wants to make sure his grandson can grow up in a place that reminds him of the county he grew up in. He believes we can have thoughtful growth that maintains the character of our home and allows for these changes to happen with community input. Together, it is possible.

  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

  3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

  4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
